                                                                    LOCATION 

We needed a jungle sort of a location, completely isolated, a place which made is seem like no human in his sane mind would dare to trespass there. And indeed the location shown above met all our requirements.

Actors

Even though our opening had zero dialogues, we still needed an actor who could give the most amazing expressions. After a tough round of auditions we came to a unanimous agreement, that Shayyan Malik was the perfect actor for our opening, along with Sani Farshori and Raheen Rizvi as the supporting role and extra respectively.

I was our sound director. Through out the shoot, i used my phone to record all the important sounds that will be placed in the project through folly studio.

Aleen was the cameraman/DOP of the film. With the help of our team mates, she managed to shoot the video very well.

Throughout the shoot, Shayyan refused to move to the next shot unless the last one was perfect. Shooting with a perfectionist leaves no room for error.

Even though we forced him to sit on dirty, somewhat marshy wet ground, Sani still had a smile on his face. Sorry and Thank you Sani.

After 4 hours of vigorous shooting in the sun, our actors had enough, with Sani ending up tired on the ground and Shayyan laughing his head off after seeing him there.

And that's a wrap.....Pack up!!!

After 4 hours of hard work, we finally recorded our last shot. The feeling was unexplainable. Here you can see the cast and crew walking back to the car, feeling extremely victorious.

Post Production : Editing

Of course Ali is the main editor for our film opening, however he teaches us various techniques in Adobe Premier.

For the final project, we knew we had to step up our gamer. Which is why Ali recommended focusing alot on sound. In the above screenshot, it can be seen that the sound panels are visible in the timeline. By applying different sound affects, music and folly studio have been used to create our film opening.

Synopsis :In the constant struggle between identifying his hallucinations from reality, Zack is seen falling victim to his troubled past with a horrific truth shadowing him.
